BŌK Modern offers a diverse range of fencing options tailored to various architectural and design needs, including the Post-Free Fence, Blade & Post Fence, Long Span Fence, Divider/Low Fence, and Mechanical Screens.
Fence Types
Post-Free Fence
The Post-Free Fence is a patented fencing system that integrates structural support directly into the panel during fabrication, simplifying installation and resulting in a seamless, clean design. Available in aluminum and Cor-Ten steel, it comes in heights ranging from 4’ to 8’.
Blade and Post Fence
The Blade and Post Fence features a sleek, nearly seamless appearance achieved by utilizing a thin blade for lateral support instead of a heavy dimensional post. This contemporary fencing option is crafted from solid metal or with a wide range of customizable patterns.
Long Span Fence
Designed for applications requiring fewer posts and longer spans between them, the Long Span Fence by BŌK spans up to 8’ between posts. Panels can be stacked horizontally for heights exceeding 12’ or attached to cross members for heights up to 10’. Ideal for rooftop mechanical screens, these fences minimize penetrations through the roof membrane.
Dividers
BŌK Dividers offer an attractive solution for lower, freestanding dividers and gates. Mounted using simple ‘stand’ blade brackets, these installations are perfect for delineating private spaces in multi-family residential developments and outdoor restaurant dining areas.
Mechanical Screens
Combining aesthetic appeal with functional benefits, BŌK mechanical screens are suitable for ground level and rooftop applications. They can be mounted without posts or horizontally with up to 10’ between posts to minimize intrusions through the roof waterproofing system. These screens can be fabricated with customizable louver patterns for ventilation and coverage. BŌK gates can be integrated seamlessly for a custom and continuous appearance.
Customization
BŌK’s panels are crafted from a variety of flat sheet metals and can be laser-cut into customizable patterns and shapes. The panels can be custom formed into an infinite variety of 3-dimensional configurations, including solid, picket-style, and custom laser-cut patterns.
Materials and Finishes
Materials used for BŌK fencing solutions include aluminum and weathering steel. Various finishes such as Kynar, IFS (AAMA 2605), powder coat (AAMA 2604), and anodized options are available to meet different aesthetic and performance requirements.
